Rowdy is a sweetheart. He is very verbal and playful. He gets along well with everyone. He is young - approx 1 year old and approx 40lbs. He is mostly Boxer and has the boxer traits. He has been neglected and was abandoned near a busy highway. His foot was injured. Rowdy will go to the vet very soon, but he is in GREAT need of a forever home and vetting.
